Payment
All payments are made through PayPal only.You will receive your invoice and PayPal payment link
directly through the official email from Bittakey Studio.Please make sure to only send your payment using that
link, it’s the safest and official way to complete your
order.All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States
Dollars).Your order will only be processed after the full payment
has been received and confirmed.Once the payment is complete:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Payments are non-refundable.
After Payment
After you complete your payment via PayPal, I will confirm
your payment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).Your order will then be officially added to the production
queue.All payments received via PayPal will be safely transferred
to Bittakey Studio’s verified local bank account for
production and packaging purposes.Your transaction remains protected under PayPal Buyer &
Seller Protection Policy.
Production Time
All stickers are illustrated, printed, and cut with care.Custom face stickers require time for: photo editing, illustration, printing, and cutting.Orders follow a queue system based on payment
confirmation.Estimated processing time:
• Custom stickers: 5–10 days
• Plain stickers: 3–7 daysProcessing may take longer during high-demand or
pre-order periods.You will be notified via email when your order enters
shipping phase.
Shipping
Shipped via Pos Indonesia (domestic & international)
Tracking number will be provided via email.Please make sure all shipping information is correct.Bittakey Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed
packages caused by incorrect addresses.Estimated shipping time:
• Indonesia: 3–7 days
• International: 2–6 weeks (depending on customs)Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the buyer’s
responsibility.
Refunds and Replacements
All sales are final.
Refunds/replacements are only available for proven issues
caused by the studio (wrong item, damaged, or missing).Must report within 48 hours after receiving the package,
with photo proof.Requests after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Double-check your order before submission:
product, quantity, and shipping info.
Changes or cancellations after payment are not accepted.Cancellation due to change of mind or personal reasons
cannot be accommodated.
